Year-Round Grounding
Seasonal Grounding Guide
What grounding looks like changes significantly across seasons. Cold winters cut off outdoor access entirely. Summer opens up peak barefoot opportunities. These guides cover what to do — practically — in each season.

Peak outdoor season — but indoor products still close a major gap.
Summer is the best time for natural outdoor grounding. Barefoot on dew-covered grass in the morning, on beach sand, on wet concrete — all highly conductive. But most people still spend 8+ hours per day indoors at a desk or sleeping. Indoor products during those hours add significant exposure that outdoor activity alone doesn't cover.
💡 Morning dew on grass increases soil conductivity significantly. A 20-minute barefoot morning walk is one of the most effective grounding methods available.
