Year-Round Grounding
Seasonal Grounding Guide
What grounding looks like changes significantly across seasons. Cold winters cut off outdoor access entirely. Summer opens up peak barefoot opportunities. These guides cover what to do — practically — in each season.
Transition from indoor-only to a mixed indoor-outdoor routine.
Spring is when the ground warms and outdoor grounding becomes practical again — typically from March in temperate climates. The ideal spring approach is to keep your indoor mat and sheet routine from winter and add outdoor barefoot time as the weather allows, rather than stopping indoor products and relying solely on outdoor sessions. You'll get significantly more total grounding minutes by layering both.
💡 Don't abandon your winter indoor setup in spring. Layer outdoor time on top of it.
